We are so thankful you chose to visit us today. We’re able to best serve those in need because of the generousity and service provided by people like you who are connected to our mission of health and healing.

Since opening in July of 2006, Dickson Community Clinic, a faith based, not for profit primary care clinic has been seeing uninsured patients from Dickson and the surrounding counties. Currently the clinic serves as the primary care home for over 2,500 patients of record,currently  averaging approximately 3200 patient visits in a twelve month period.

Faith Based Care

Staffed by a Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse, and supported by a network of specialists, providers and staff, as well as volunteer positions. After a small visit fee the remainder of the cost of your visit will be covered by donations.

Our Mission,

as a faith-based clinic, is to provide primary care for as many uninsured patients as time and resources permit.

An office visit fee of $20.00 will be payable at the time of your visit. This fee covers only a small portion of the actual cost of your visit. The remainder of the cost of your visit will be covered by donations from individuals in the community, local churches, businesses, industry and local hospitals and medical clinics.
